Each individual may hold only one active zhgame account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. Both accounts may be suspended and associated bonus funds voided if multiple registrations are identified for the same individual.
All zhgame bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The specific rollover multiplier, qualifying games, and validity period are stated in each promotional offer's individual terms.
Identity verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport is required before withdrawal requests above the specified threshold are processed. zhgame reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Account sharing, use of automated betting tools or bots, arbitrage abuse, collusion, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. zhgame reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
zhgame provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to all members. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for the elected period.

References to "including" or "such as" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of preceding words. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
By accessing the zhgame Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any service offered by zhgame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
This Agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between you and zhgame in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
Your continued use of zhgame after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
The zhgame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.
Residents of jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use zhgame. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zhgame does not accept liability for any Member's use of the Platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.
zhgame reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, zhgame will suspend the Account and withhold all transactions pending satisfactory verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years will be permanently closed.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
To access zhgame services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You warrant that all registration information is truthful and undertake to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your Account.
As part of zhgame's compliance obligations, all Members are required to complete KYC verification. Documents required may include:
zhgame reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. zhgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify zhgame's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. zhgame may temporarily suspend your Account upon receipt of such notification pending a security investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised access, including providing identity verification on request.
Each Account is for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered Member only. You may not sell, transfer, or permit the use of your Account by any third party. Account sharing or permitting another person to place Bets using your Account constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any Bonus Funds included in your Balance must have met applicable wagering requirements; (c) withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account or to verified personal accounts in your name; (d) zhgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
All Balances, Bets, and transactions on zhgame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. zhgame does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits and withdrawals. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to deposits made to your zhgame Account. Where a chargeback is initiated, zhgame reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void any associated Bets or winnings, and pursue recovery of the charged-back amount through available legal means.
All Bets placed on the zhgame Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.
A Bet is deemed accepted only when you receive a confirmed Bet reference number from the Platform. zhgame reserves the right to refuse or void any Bet where: (a) the odds were displayed in error; (b) there are reasonable grounds to believe the Bet was placed in a manner designed to exploit a technical fault; (c) the event to which the Bet relates had already commenced at the time of placement (unless the market explicitly supports in-play betting); or (d) you lacked sufficient Available Balance to cover the Bet at the time of placement.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question. In the event of a discrepancy, zhgame may suspend settlement until an official result is confirmed. zhgame's decision on settlement is final and binding in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.
Ante-post and outright markets are subject to rules specific to each competition, which are published on the relevant market page. Unless otherwise stated, non-runner and withdrawal provisions for ante-post markets follow the standard rules of the governing body of the relevant sport.

Where zhgame reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void associated Bets, forfeit any Balance, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All intellectual property rights in and to the zhgame Platform — including but not limited to the zhgame brand name, logo, website design, software, content, odds compilation methodology, and game assets — are owned by or licensed to zhgame. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any intellectual property right in the Platform or its content.
You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreation. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without zhgame's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zhgame excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of funds arising from gambling losses, which are inherent to the nature of the services; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any loss or corruption of Account data resulting from circumstances beyond zhgame's reasonable control; (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
zhgame's maximum aggregate liability to you under this Agreement, to the extent not excluded by the foregoing, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

zhgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, where: (a) a Member breaches any provision of this Agreement; (b) zhgame is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) a Member engages in conduct that zhgame reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) a Member requests self-exclusion.
Upon termination for cause, zhgame may retain any Balance in the suspended Account as liquidated damages for breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not caused by a breach, any verified Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting zhgame's support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 Business Days subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
zhgame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members by email to the registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter period is required by law or for urgent compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zhgame's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and zhgame arising from or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through zhgame's internal complaints procedure.
To initiate a complaint, contact zhgame's support team with full details of your complaint. zhgame will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Business Days and aim to provide a final response within 10 Business Days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under zhgame's applicable gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending resolution of a dispute.
